DG ISPR speaks to students of Summer Internship 2025

DG ISPR Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry addressed students taking part in the Summer Internship 2025 program. Over 6,500 students from 33 cities across Pakistan are participating in this internship.

During the session, students expressed their pride in the armed forces. They praised Pakistan Army’s strong response to India during Operation Bunyan Marsoos, saying it will be remembered in history.

Earlier this month, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif also held an interactive session with civil society members in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The discussion focused on regional security, the situation along the Line of Control (LoC), and the deep bond between Pakistan and Kashmir.

Participants of the session, including students, professionals, and activists, reaffirmed that “Kashmir is, was, and will remain the jugular vein of Pakistan.” They appreciated the army’s role in protecting Pakistan’s sovereignty and supporting the rights of Kashmiris.

As a gesture of unity and cultural pride, civil society members waved Pakistani and Kashmiri flags and gifted traditional Kashmiri attire to the DG ISPR, showcasing the region’s rich heritage.
