NADRA Makes CNIC Process Easier with New Online Fee Payment System

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has launched a more convenient fee payment system, allowing citizens to apply for identity documents without visiting NADRA offices. This digital move benefits both local and overseas Pakistanis.

Apply Easily Using Pak ID App

People can now apply for documents like the Smart National Identity Card (SNIC), Child Registration Certificate (CRC), and Family Registration Certificate (FRC) through the Pak ID mobile app. The app allows payments using debit/credit cards, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and e-Sahulat.

How to Pay Using Debit or Credit Card

To pay via Mastercard or Visa, users should:

• Log in to the Pak ID app
• Open the “Inbox” to find the application with the tracking ID
• Click on “Pay Now,” then enter your card details and verification code

• You’ll see a confirmation message once the payment is successful

Mobile Wallet Options

Easypaisa:

• Open the app and select “NADRA Fee”
• Enter your tracking ID and verification code

• Choose “Pay in Full” to complete

JazzCash:

• Go to “Govt Payments” → “NADRA, NIS”
• Enter your tracking ID and confirm the transaction using your MPIN

e-Sahulat:

• Visit a nearby e-Sahulat outlet
• Give the operator your tracking ID and pay the fee

Updated CNIC Fees for 2025

• Standard SNIC: Rs 750
• Urgent SNIC: Rs 1,500
• Executive SNIC: Rs 2,500

This new digital initiative aims to make identity document processing more efficient and user-friendly for all Pakistanis.
