How to download your land registry digitally from home in Punjab

The Punjab government has made it much easier for people to get their property registry documents. With the help of the Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA), you can now download your scanned registry documents online without visiting any office.

This new system is part of the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) project. It’s a big step towards making land records more modern, clear, and accessible.

To make this possible, the government has launched a special online portal called the Record of Deeds (ROD). This portal allows people to access their land record documents anytime, from anywhere.

How to Download Property Registry Online?

If you want to download your scanned registry:

1. Go to the official portal: https://rod.pulse.gop.pk

2. Search for your record using the given options

3. View and download your scanned property registry documents

This system covers all sub-registrar offices in Punjab. It saves people from standing in long lines and going through old paper files.
