5 Officers Martyred in Robbers’ Attack on Police Checkpoint in Rahim Yar Khan

In Rahim Yar Khan, robbers attacked a police checkpoint, resulting in the martyrdom of 5 officers and injuries to 2 others.

According to the police, robbers attacked the Sheikhani police checkpoint in Rahim Yar Khan, in which 5 police officers were martyred and 2 were injured.

The police spokesperson stated that during the exchange of fire, one robber was also killed.

The police said that among the martyred officers were Muhammad Irfan, Muhammad Saleem, Muhammad Khalil, Constable Nakheel, and Ghazanfar Abbas.

Two of the martyred officers were from Rahim Yar Khan, while three were from Bahawalnagar.
