Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz Discuss Key Issues with UAE Ambassador

President of Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz met with the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates, Hamad Obaid Ibrahim.

During the meeting, Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz appreciated UAE’s progress in science, sustainability, and modern development.
“They praised UAE’s scientific advancement, eco-friendly initiatives, and modern vision.”

A detailed discussion was held on strengthening the longstanding bilateral ties between Pakistan and the UAE.
“Both sides agreed to take Pakistan-UAE cooperation to new heights,” a statement read.

The meeting also focused on enhancing collaboration in education, science, economy, and sustainable development. The leaders emphasized the importance of brotherly relations and economic partnerships.

Nawaz Sharif remarked, “The relationship between Pakistan and UAE has always stood the test of time.”

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz stated, “We wish to expand cooperation with UAE in education, research, and environmental sectors.” She also invited Emirati investors to explore business opportunities in Punjab.
“Punjab has become the best choice for investment due to its business-friendly environment,” she added.
