Bugti Accuses ‘Organized Conspiracy’ to Weaken Balochistan

Organized Conspiracy to Weaken Balochistan
Quetta – Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti has alleged that an “organized conspiracy” is underway to weaken Balochistan and distance its people from the rest of the country.
Speaking to the media, Bugti said Pakistan is being pushed towards a futile war, but the nation has already humbled India’s arrogance and defeated a stronger enemy. He warned that hostile forces want to create civil war in the region, but Pakistan has foiled such plots before and will continue to do so.
“The dream of breaking Pakistan has already met its end in the battle of truth,” Bugti stated, vowing to defeat any enemy schemes. He said he is ready to hold talks for peace with anyone, but not with those who take up arms against the state.
“Only 1–2% misguided people cannot represent the whole of Balochistan,” Bugti added, rejecting the term “angry Baloch” for militants. “What exactly are they angry about?” he questioned.
Bugti reiterated that terrorists have no religion or nationality and called for unity to counter all forms of extremism.
