Schools Closure Announced for 7 Days in These Districts; Official Order Released

Sindh schools and colleges remain closed from Sept 23 to 27
PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Department has announced the closure of all schools in the province’s upper districts for one week due to the prevailing weather conditions.
According to an official notification, educational institutions in flood and rain-affected areas will remain shut until August 25 to ensure the safety of students and staff.
The decision follows days of heavy rains and flash floods that have caused widespread destruction across the region. Recent cloudbursts have damaged infrastructure, destroyed homes, and inflicted major losses on standing crops.
