People Will Not Support PTI’s May 9 Path: Rana Sanaullah

Islamabad: Senior Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Rana Sanaullah has said that the public will not walk the path of May 9 along with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

He criticized PTI for using arrests as an excuse, adding that leaders of other parties including Maryam Nawaz, Nawaz Sharif, Shehbaz Sharif, Hamza Shehbaz, and Hanif Abbasi had also faced imprisonment in the past.

Meanwhile, heavy rain in Gujrat on Tuesday caused urban flooding in several areas. Streets and low-lying neighborhoods including Shadman, Model Town, Jinnah Chowk, Nishan-e-Haider Chowk were submerged with rainwater.

The flood situation in the Chenab River has further worsened conditions, affecting Kot Ghulam, Nakko Kot, and at least 12 surrounding villages. Local authorities have issued warnings and urged residents in flood-prone areas to remain cautious.
