Pakistani Students Can Now Verify Academic Certificates Online in Just 24 Hours
Federal Minister for Education, Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, has inaugurated the Customer Care Desk (CCD) developed by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) to simplify certificate verification and related student services.
The newly launched CCD Portal provides 24/7 online support, enabling students across Pakistan to verify their academic credentials digitally. Executive Director Ghulam Ali Mallah explained that applicants can now track their certificate verification status through a QR code-based system. “The public’s convenience is our top priority,” Mallah stated, adding that the portal had been in beta testing for six months before going live.
The service also extends to Pakistani students and parents abroad. Mallah confirmed that queries received via email will be resolved within 24 hours, ensuring faster support for those unable to appear in person.
Through the CCD portal, students nationwide can lodge complaints, request services, and access document verification at any time, reducing bureaucratic delays and improving transparency.
Minister Siddiqui praised the initiative, describing it as an important step toward digitizing educational services and making administrative processes more accessible for students.
