Karachi Mayor Reviews Eid Milad-un-Nabi Arrangements

KARACHI – Mayor Karachi Barrister Murtaza Wahab visited Darul Uloom Majidiya Naeemiya in Malir and held a meeting with Mufti Jan Muhammad Naeemi regarding the upcoming celebrations of Rabi-ul-Awwal and Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ.

Deputy Mayor Salman Abdullah Murad and other leaders were also present during the meeting.

Mayor Karachi said that celebrating Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ is not only a responsibility but also a great honor and blessing. He assured that foolproof arrangements will be ensured across the city.

He added that the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) will decorate main roads and public buildings in a beautiful manner. Final plans will be prepared in consultation with religious scholars to ensure smooth and peaceful celebrations.

Special deployment of City Wardens will be made to assist with security and facilities during the gatherings.

Later, Barrister Murtaza Wahab also participated in Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ programs and recited Naat in honor of the Holy Prophet ﷺ.
