According to railway officials, the Jaffar Express to Peshawar and the Bolan Mail to Karachi have been cancelled as a safety measure. All trains from Quetta to Peshawar and Karachi will not operate today. The Jaffar Express from Peshawar to Quetta has also been cancelled.
Passengers affected by the cancellations will receive refunds. Authorities said that train services from Quetta are expected to resume on Sunday.
