Deputy Commissioner South Caught in NOC Scandal

Karachi – In a shocking revelation, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) South has allegedly registered a fireworks factory under the name of a man who passed away several years ago.

According to official documents, the owner of the factory, Haji Usman, died years ago, yet a No Objection Certificate (NOC) was issued in his name by the DC South’s office, valid until 2024.

Further investigation revealed that even though the owner was deceased, the factory continued to operate illegally without a valid NOC for 2025. Authorities failed to produce a current NOC when questioned.

Sources say the suspects continued to run the fireworks factory without proper legal approval, raising serious concerns about administrative negligence and public safety.
