NADRA removes fee for NICOP cancellation – October 2025 update
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) issues the National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) to Pakistanis living abroad, including those working in Gulf and Arab countries.
Family members of overseas Pakistanis can also apply for NICOP, which comes with several important benefits.
