NICOP fee details for overseas Pakistanis in Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) issues the National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) to Pakistanis living abroad, including those working in Gulf and Arab countries.

Family members of overseas Pakistanis can also apply for NICOP, which comes with several important benefits.

With a NICOP, overseas Pakistanis enjoy the following facilities:

• Enter Pakistan on a foreign passport without needing a visa.

• Be officially recognized as a Pakistani citizen.

• Buy and sell property in Pakistan.

• Open a bank account.

• Apply for a Pakistani passport.

• Vote in elections while in Pakistan.

• In Pakistan: Visit any nearby NADRA Registration Center (NRC).

• Abroad: Visit the Pakistani embassy in your country.

• Online: Apply through NADRA’s Pak-Identity app, a convenient service for overseas applicants.

• Normal: Rs. 5,500

• Urgent: Rs. 8,300

• Executive: Rs. 11,000

NICOP Fee in Gulf Countries

NADRA counters are available at Pakistani embassies in Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. The fee is collected in the local currency of the host country.

• Urgent: $30

• Executive: $40
