List of 31 illegal housing schemes in Lahore issued – Check Details

Lahore Development Authority (LDA) released a list of 31 illegal housing schemes in Lahore. These schemes violate the city’s master plan (DMP-I). The LDA aims to protect residents and investors. This action comes after floods in the Ravi River submerged many parts of Lahore, harming people and their investments.

LDA is the official body that oversees urban planning. Its job is to control new housing projects. These schemes were flagged for breaking zoning rules.

6. Victorious Garden (Negahban Housing Scheme), Mominpura Road

7. Illegal Site-2, Mouza Handoo, Mominpura Road

8. Al Rahmim Garden Phase IV Sector C (Metro City), GT Road

9. New City, Gujarpura, near Karol Ghati

10. Illegal Subdivision opposite Inter-loop Factory, Manga Raiwind Road

11. Bilal Town, Shahnawaz Road, near Sundar Industrial Estate

12. Al Madina Town, Sundar Raiwind Road
