Pakistan stands with Muslim world as nuclear power: Deputy PM Ishaq Dar

Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Ishaq Dar, has said that Israel’s attack on Qatar is completely wrong and has no justification. He said the people of Gaza are already suffering, and now is the time for an immediate and unconditional ceasefire.

In an interview with Al Jazeera, Ishaq Dar said that Israel’s attack on a peaceful and sovereign country like Qatar was shocking and unexpected. He added that just condemning Israel is not enough anymore — it’s time to take clear steps to stop the violence.

He said the recent Arab-Islamic summit in Doha was very important. Pakistan believes in solving problems through peaceful talks, not war. He also said that after attacking Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria, Israel’s attack on Qatar cannot be accepted.

Ishaq Dar said Pakistan and Qatar are close friends, and Pakistan has always supported peace. He added that Pakistan has condemned Israel’s actions at the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and will continue to support unity among Muslim countries.
