PM to Embark on Multi-Nation Tour from 17 September
ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is scheduled to begin a multi-country visit starting September 17, according to government sources.
During his first stop in Saudi Arabia, the Prime Minister is expected to hold meetings with the Saudi leadership to discuss bilateral relations and regional developments.
After completing his visit to Saudi Arabia, PM Shehbaz will travel to the United Kingdom, where meetings with British officials are also expected, sources confirmed.
On September 21, the Prime Minister will depart from the UK to New York, USA, where he will represent Pakistan at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) session.
He is scheduled to address the UN General Assembly on September 26.
In addition, on September 22, PM Shehbaz is expected to attend a high-level summit on Palestine, also taking place in New York.
According to the itinerary, the Prime Minister will leave the US on September 27, and is expected to return to Pakistan via the UK on September 29, sources added.
This trip marks a key diplomatic engagement for Pakistan, as the Prime Minister is set to discuss critical global issues including Palestine, regional peace, and international cooperation.
