Hot, Dry Weather to Continue Across Most Parts of Pakistan

Islamabad – The weather across Pakistan is expected to remain mostly hot and dry over the next few days, according to the latest forecast from the Pakistan Meteorological Department.

In the federal capital, Islamabad, and its surrounding areas, residents can expect dry conditions combined with rising temperatures. Similar weather is likely to persist in the northern regions as well. Both Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan are forecast to remain under the grip of dry and warm weather, with no signs of rain in the immediate future.

Moving towards Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the plains of the province are expected to face continued heat and dryness. The temperatures are likely to stay above normal for this time of the year, making the weather uncomfortable during the day.

In Sindh, most districts are also bracing for hot and dry weather. However, there is a slight relief expected along the coastal belt, where the skies may remain partly cloudy, offering occasional shade but no significant drop in temperature. Karachi and other coastal cities may benefit from sea breezes, but the overall conditions will remain warm.

Punjab is also in the grip of rising temperatures, and most of its districts are expected to stay hot and dry. The lack of moisture and persistent heat may increase discomfort, especially in urban areas. Similarly, in Balochistan, the weather will remain largely dry and warm across the province.

Overall, the meteorological office does not anticipate any major rainfall systems developing over the country in the coming days. People are advised to stay hydrated, avoid direct sunlight during peak afternoon hours, and take necessary precautions, especially vulnerable groups such as children, the elderly, and outdoor workers.

As the hot spell continues, residents across the country are looking forward to a shift in weather, but for now, they’ll have to endure a few more days of dry heat.
