Pakistani-American Boxer Jahanzeb Rizwan Wins Big in New York
Pakistani-American boxer Jahanzeb Rizwan gave an amazing performance at a professional fight held at New Yorkβs Barclays Center. He defeated American boxer Trevon with a knockout just two minutes into the second round, winning the match in a memorable way.
Jahanzeb wore a boxing outfit with the colors of the Pakistani flag, which made the Pakistani community at the arena cheer loudly. From the start, Jahanzeb was in control, forcing Trevon to defend himself. In the second round, Jahanzeb landed strong punches and knocked Trevon out. The Pakistani flag was waved inside the ring, and fans shouted βPakistan Zindabad.β
The fight was watched by Pakistanβs Consul General Aamir Ahmed Atozai, Jahanzebβs family, and many members of the Pakistani-American community. Jahanzeb Rizwan has also won the Golden Gloves title before and represented Pakistan at the France Olympics.
After the fight, Jahanzeb said this victory was a blessing from Allah and making Pakistan proud was his greatest honor. The crowd at Barclays Center kept cheering for Jahanzeb and Pakistan after the big win.
