Gold Prices in Pakistan Fall Again: What Is the New Rate per Tola?
A significant downturn in gold prices has been observed across both domestic and international markets.
According to jewellers, the price of gold per tola plummeted by Rs7,538, bringing the new rate to Rs437,362. Likewise, the price of 10 grams of gold dropped by Rs6,463, now trading at Rs374,967.
In the international arena, gold witnessed its steepest single-day depreciation in the past five years. The price per ounce declined by $250, reflecting a 5.3% decrease — the most substantial daily fall since August 2020.
