CTF-150 is a multinational coalition focused on maintaining maritime stability and preventing terrorism and smuggling across international waters. The Pakistan Navy’s active participation in this operation highlights its responsible and leading role in promoting peace and stability across the wider Indian Ocean Region.

Following the successful mission, Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf praised the Yarmook’s crew for their professionalism, vigilance, and dedication.

He reaffirmed that the Pakistan Navy remains determined to protect national maritime interests while contributing to global maritime security through collaboration and coordinated efforts with international partners.

Admiral Ashraf added that the Yarmook’s participation in the Saudi-led task force further strengthens naval cooperation and interoperability between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, paving the way for deeper defence collaboration in future operations.
