No Changes Made to Pakistani Passport Cover Design: Authorities Clarify

The Directorate General of Immigration and Passports has dismissed rumors regarding changes to the front cover of the Pakistani passport.

Following widespread speculation on social media, the Directorate issued an official statement to clarify the matter.

According to the department, “no modification has been made to the front cover of the Pakistani passport, and the images circulating on social media are completely fake.”

The statement urged citizens to act responsibly and not pay attention to false information. It further emphasized that, aside from certain enhanced security features, no alterations have been made to the national passport.

Authorities also warned that legal action will be taken against individuals spreading misleading information about the country’s passport.
