KP Issues List of 1,349 Most Wanted Terrorists with Bounties Up to Rs 3 Crore

30 October, 2025 15:03

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has compiled and shared an extensive list of most wanted terrorists with the federal authorities, marking a major step in Pakistan’s ongoing counter-terrorism efforts. Officials confirmed that the list, which was prepared in coordination with intelligence and law-enforcement agencies, has been submitted to the Ministry of Interior.

The list includes 1,349 high-risk individuals linked to serious acts of militancy and violence across the province. To accelerate arrests, authorities have set head money on several of the listed terrorists.

According to security sources, 59 individuals carry significant bounties ranging between Rs 1 crore and Rs 3 crore. The highest reward — Rs 3 crore — has been announced for Kazim Khan of Kurram district, who is wanted for multiple terror operations. Another senior militant, Commander Amjad, carries a bounty of Rs 2 crore.

The government has also included Molvi Faqir, a notorious militant leader from Bajaur, with a reward of Rs 1.5 crore. These fugitives have long been associated with terror networks operating from remote hideouts and across the border.

Officials said the suspects belong to various regions, including Peshawar, Swat, Dera Ismail Khan, Bajaur, and surrounding districts. Law-enforcement units have intensified intelligence-based operations in these areas and adjoining regions.

Authorities added that the list is part of wider security measures aimed at dismantling terror networks, improving law enforcement capacity, and enhancing public safety across KP. Security forces have reaffirmed their commitment to pursuing militants and eliminating threats to stability in the province.
