Istanbul: Pakistan and Afghanistan have agreed to a ceasefire during the talks held in Istanbul.
According to the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan and the Afghan Taliban have agreed to the ceasefire.
The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement saying that the next round of talks will be held in Istanbul on November 6.
According to the statement, all parties have also agreed to establish a monitoring and verification system that will ensure the continuity of peace.
The joint statement said that this system will monitor the implementation of the agreements made by the parties, while any party violating the agreement will be fined.
The statement further said that the parties have expressed their commitment to continue cooperation for lasting peace.
The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that Turkey will continue to play its constructive role in establishing peace and stability in the region.
