Pakistan Rejects False Indian Media Claims About Army Deployment in Gaza
Islamabad: The Government of Pakistan has strongly rejected false reports by Indian media claiming that Pakistan discussed sending troops to Gaza in exchange for U.S. dollars from Israel.
According to the Ministry of Information, Indian outlets such as Firstpost and News18 published fake news suggesting that Pakistan held talks with Israel about deploying the Pakistan Army in Gaza for money.
The ministry clarified that no meetings or financial discussions took place with Israel or the United States, and neither the Pakistan Army nor the Foreign Office confirmed any plans or secret meetings regarding troop deployment.
A spokesperson for the ministry said the reports are part of an ongoing anti-Pakistan propaganda campaign by the Indian media, aimed at spreading misinformation and creating instability in the region.
The spokesperson added that Pakistan remains committed to truth and transparency and condemned the false claims as an attempt to damage Pakistan’s international reputation.
