How to Apply

Online via PSER Portal:

1. Visit the official PSER website.

2. Select “Ration Card Registration 2025.”

3. Enter CNIC, mobile number, and household details.

4. Upload required documents and submit.

Offline via e-Khidmat Markaz:

• Visit the nearest center with CNIC and income proof.

• Staff will register your details in the PSER system.

After verification, a confirmation SMS will activate your digital ration card, usable at registered stores.
