FCC Sets Hearing on IHC Judges’ Intra-Court Appeal
Islamabad: The Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) has scheduled the intra-court appeal of 5 judges of the Islamabad High Court for hearing.
A six-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice Aminuddin Khan of the Federal Constitutional Court will hear the intra-court appeal at 11:30 am on November 24.
The bench also includes Justice Hassan Rizvi, Justice Baqir Najafi, Justice KK Agha, Justice Rozi Khan, and Justice Arshad Hussain Shah.
A five-member bench of the Supreme Court had declared the transfer of judges in Islamabad valid, following which five judges of the Islamabad High Court filed an intra-court appeal against the decision.
