Sohail Afridi Lies Habitually Like His Leader, Azma Bukhari
Punjab Information Minister Azma Bukhari has criticized Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi, stating that “Sohail Afridi lies habitually like his leader.”
Commenting on Afridi’s recent remarks, Bukhari said that Maryam Nawaz has not inaugurated any development projects in cities where by-elections are underway. She added that Afridi is blaming Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz to cover up notices issued by the Election Commission. “Sohail Afridi lies habitually like his leader,” Bukhari remarked.
Bukhari also accused Afridi of threatening government officials, saying he warned them not to witness “the sun of tomorrow,” while he himself was reportedly involved in campaigning for the Shahr-e-Naz by-election.
She emphasized that Maryam Nawaz did not campaign for any PML-N candidate, highlighting that over 90 development projects initiated by her are not dependent on by-elections. Bukhari concluded that the people of Punjab continue to vote for PML-N candidates.
