Pakistani Students Win Pakistan-India Debate at Oxford University with Two-Third Majority
London: Pakistani students have won the Pakistan-India debate with an overwhelming two-thirds majority at Oxford University, as the event stressed Pakistani students’ power, confidence, and clarity as they competed on a global academic platform.
The debate featured students from Pakistan and India who are now enrolled at Oxford University. Both sides addressed their arguments to a huge audience, demonstrating their opinions on the chosen topic. Musa Harraj, the current president of the Oxford Students’ Union, led the Pakistani squad and was instrumental in its success.
The Indian team failed to appropriately respond to various critical concerns raised throughout the debate. Their failure to provide satisfactory responses undermined their case and affected the audience’s support.
whereas the Pakistani team presented strong, well-structured arguments that struck an emotional chord with the audience. When the voting was completed, the Pakistani team garnered 106 votes, while the Indian team received only 50. The final tally confirmed Pakistan’s decisive victory with a two-thirds majority.
