Shehbaz Sharif Attends Christmas Ceremony at PM Office

Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif addressed a Christmas-related ceremony held at the Prime Minister’s Office and extended warm greetings to the Christian community.

The Prime Minister said that people had gathered to celebrate the birth of Hazrat Isa (AS), describing it as a great blessing from Allah Almighty for all humanity. He emphasized that the teachings of Hazrat Isa (AS) promote peace, compassion, and service to mankind.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif highlighted that minorities have played a valuable and historic role in the development of Pakistan. He said that since the creation of the country, minorities have contributed positively in every field of life. He added that his leader, Mian Nawaz Sharif, has always safeguarded the rights of minorities.

The Prime Minister stated that Islam teaches equality, justice, fairness, and equity, and these principles form the foundation of Pakistan. He expressed hope that Christmas would become a source of happiness for suffering humanity around the world.

Paying tribute to Christian citizens, the Prime Minister honored those who sacrificed their lives for the country, acknowledging their patriotism and dedication.

Referring to national defense, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that in May, Pakistan defeated the enemy under the leadership of the Field Marshal. He further stated that under the leadership of Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu, seven Indian aircraft were shot down, while the Pakistan Air Force severely damaged an eighth aircraft.

He also praised Faisal Chaudhry for playing a vital role in the defense of Pakistan.
