Former PPP Leader Zia Ullah Bangash Dies at 82
Karachi— Former Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) provincial assembly member and senior political leader Zia Ullah Khan Bangash has passed away at the age of 82.
As soon as the news of his death emerged, a wave of deep sorrow and grief swept through the party leadership, workers, and political circles.
According to family sources, Zia Ullah Khan Bangash had been ill for a long time. The funeral prayer of the deceased will be announced later. Party leaders and close relatives are praying for the forgiveness and elevation of the deceased’s ranks.
It should be noted that Zia Ullah Khan Bangash was considered one of the ideological workers of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP). While in practical politics, he played a prominent role in solving public problems, promoting democratic values, and strengthening the party organization.
As an MPA, he played a role in the completion of several public welfare projects in his constituency and paid special attention to the sectors of health, education, and social services.
Pakistan Peoples Party leaders described the death of Zia Ullah Khan Bangash as a great loss for the party and said that the services of the deceased will always be remembered.
Political and social figures also expressed grief and sorrow over the death of Dr. Ziaullah Bangash, saying that the deceased was a compassionate person, a principled politician, and a people-friendly leader who dedicated his life to serving the people.
