Heavy police deployed as PTI supporters head to Bagh-e-Jinnah

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is holding a rally in Karachi today, and Mazar-e-Quaid is heavily guarded by police.

The route from Peoples Chowrangi to Mazar-e-Quaid has one blocked track, and the road from Khudadad Colony has two closed tracks. Furthermore, the road leading from Guru Mandir to Numaish Signal has been shut down. Guru Mandir traffic is being redirected in the direction of Soldier Bazaar. The PTI workers are having trouble getting to the Bagh-e-Jinnah location.

The chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is scheduled to return tomorrow, according to PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar. According to him, the Sindh government shouldn’t make the last day uncomfortable. In compliance with the law and in a democratic manner, he continued, the rally will occur at the appointed time and location.
