Donald Trump Invites Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif to Join Gaza Board of Peace

US President Donald Trump has officially invited Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to join the Board of Peace for Gaza.

The invitation was confirmed by Foreign Office spokesperson Tahir Andarabi, who stated, “Pakistan has received a formal invitation to participate in the Gaza Board of Peace. Pakistan will continue to play an active role in global efforts to promote peace and security in Gaza.”

The spokesperson added that Pakistan will remain engaged with the international community to achieve sustainable peace in Gaza. He emphasized, “A lasting resolution to the Palestine issue should be in accordance with United Nations resolutions. Pakistan will continue to support diplomatic efforts for long-term peace in the Middle East.”

The announcement comes after the White House recently released the names of members selected for the Gaza Board of Peace under President Trump’s initiative. Pakistan’s inclusion highlights its diplomatic engagement and commitment to contributing to peace and stability in the region.
