Sindh CM Takes Strict Notice of Gul Plaza Fire Incident

The Chief Minister of Sindh, Murad Ali Shah, has taken strict notice of the fire incident at Gul Plaza and directed the Karachi Commissioner to conduct an immediate inquiry. Expressing deep sorrow over the loss of life, the Chief Minister ordered a detailed report to determine the exact cause of the blaze.

Chief Minister Shah further directed that fire safety arrangements within the building be thoroughly inspected, emphasizing the need for strict implementation of fire safety laws. He made it clear that if negligence or carelessness is proven, legal action must be taken against those responsible.

In addition to the investigation, the Chief Minister instructed authorities to provide the best possible medical facilities to those injured in the incident. Furthermore, he has ordered an immediate fire safety audit of all commercial buildings across Karachi to prevent such tragedies in the future.
