According to official reports, the number of missing persons has reached 86. The family of another missing citizen recently contacted the Deputy Commissioner’s (DC) office to report their disappearance.

Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner South Javed Nabi Khoso stated that the building will not be demolished as long as a single person remains missing. He clarified that the demolition will only proceed once the search and recovery operation is fully complete.

Javed Khoso added that the nearby Rampa Plaza has been temporarily closed as a precaution. Furthermore, the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has been requested to provide the maps and structural records for Rampa Plaza and other surrounding buildings.
