Iran Warns US of Strong Response to Any New Attack

Tehran: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has warned that any new attack against Iran will be met with a “strong and decisive response.”

In an article published in an American newspaper, Araghchi asserted that U.S. aggressive actions against Iran have failed. He emphasized that while Iran demonstrated significant restraint in June 2025, it will retaliate with full force should another attack occur.

“This is not a threat; it is a reality that I consider necessary to state as a diplomat,” Araghchi wrote. He warned that a conflict would engulf the entire region and impact ordinary people globally. He concluded by stating that the U.S. attitude must change, urging Washington to engage with Iran on the basis of mutual respect.
