CM Punjab Free Laptop Scheme Phase-II Live – Apply Today

LAHORE: The Chief Minister Punjab Laptop Program 2026 has entered Phase-II, and students from public and private universities across the province can now apply. For the first time, private university students are also eligible for this free laptop scheme.

The program aims to empower Punjab’s youth by giving them access to modern laptops, helping with education and professional growth. So far, the initiative has received 4,110 applications.

Laptop Specifications

The laptops provided under the program come with:

• Processor: Core i7, 13th Generation

• Storage: SSD for fast performance

• Memory: High-speed RAM for smooth multitasking

Eligibility Criteria

To apply, students must:

• Have a domicile from any district of Punjab.

• Be enrolled in:

  • 1st or 2nd semester of BS in public universities/colleges or selected private universities

  • 1st professional students in public medical, dental, or nursing colleges (academic session 2025 onwards)

• Meet academic requirements:

  • Public universities/colleges: Minimum 65% in Intermediate

  • Medical/Dental colleges: Minimum 80%

  • DVM students: Minimum 75%

  • Nursing colleges: Minimum 65%

Applications are open until February 15, 2026.

Eligible Private Universities

Students from 48 private universities can apply, including LUMS, Beaconhouse National University, University of Central Punjab, GIFT University, Forman Christian College, and others.
