Tirah Valley Residents Suffer Amid Government Neglect

The people of Tirah Valley are facing severe hardships due to the incompetence and poor strategy of the provincial government. The actual situation in Tirah stands in total opposition to the misleading narratives currently being circulated.

Citizens report that heavy rain and snow have been falling since yesterday, causing extreme distress, while the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has completely failed to provide essential facilities. While the Chief Minister travels to Karachi and Punjab, local citizens observe that he receives little respect in those regions and remains disconnected from his own people. The provincial government continues to blame the federal government for its own failures simply to divert public attention, leaving the people of Tirah helpless under the open sky in freezing conditions.

Any claims of public assistance are merely a pretense, as the government appears to have no genuine agenda for public welfare. A strange situation has emerged where the provincial government approved Rs 4 billion, yet they now claim to have no knowledge of it, which citizens view as a direct deception. Furthermore, despite promises that Rs 22,000 would be provided for each vehicle, many residents have had to pay for transportation out of their own pockets without receiving a single rupee in government aid.

In the midst of this crisis, the Pakistan Army has acted with courage and determination. The Pak Army has provided camps, shifted people to safe locations, and worked tirelessly to evacuate those trapped in the heavy snowfall.
