Authorities Ban All Types of High-Intensity Vehicle Lights in Peshawar

Authorities have imposed a ban on the use of all types of high-intensity lights in vehicles.

According to the official statement, the use of laser lights and modified headlights is also prohibited. “High-beam lights are causing traffic accidents,” the statement noted, adding that “bright lights at night pose a danger to human life.”

The purchase and sale of high-beam lights have also been banned. The statement further warned that violators of this ban will face action under Section 188.
