Passport office timings announced for Ramadan 2026

ISLAMABAD: Authorities have announced the official working hours for passport services at Regional Passport Offices (RPOs), Executive Passport Offices (EPOs), and Passport Processing Counters (PPCs) during the holy month of Ramadan 2026.

The schedule applies to all offices except RPO G-10/4 Islamabad, RPO Garden Town Lahore, RPO Awami Markaz Karachi, and NADRA Mega Centers.

Office Timings

From Monday to Thursday, public dealing and token issuance will be from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, while office hours will be 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

On Fridays, public dealing and token issuance will take place from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm, with office hours remaining 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

A daily prayer break will be observed from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm.

Passport Fees for 2026

• 36-page passport

  • Normal: Rs4,500 (5 years), Rs6,700 (10 years)

  • Urgent: Rs7,500 (5 years), Rs11,200 (10 years)

• 72-page passport

  • Normal: Rs8,200 (5 years), Rs12,400 (10 years)

  • Urgent: Rs13,500 (5 years), Rs20,200 (10 years)

• 100-page passport

  • Normal: Rs9,000 (5 years), Rs13,500 (10 years)

  • Urgent: Rs18,000 (5 years), Rs27,000 (10 years)

These timings and fees will help streamline passport services for the public during Ramadan.
