NADRA B-Form fee in normal, executive categories from Feb 2026
ISLAMABAD: All Pakistani citizens are required to apply for the Child Registration Certificate (CRC), also known as B-Form, for every child below 18 years of age.
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) is responsible for issuing the B-Form, following the format in Schedule VI of Rule 18 of the NADRA (NIC) Rules 2002. According to Sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the NADRA Ordinance 2000, every parent or guardian must register a child within one month of birth.
NADRA stated, “As per Clause (a) of Sub-section (1) of Section 30 of NADRA Ordinance, 2000, any person who does not apply for registration required under this ordinance, commits an offence.”
Eligibility Criteria
Every Pakistani child under 18 years is eligible to apply for a CRC if the parent(s) have a valid CNIC / NICOP.
How to Apply for B-Form
Parents can apply for the CRC in two ways:
1. NADRA Registration Center (NRC):
Visit the nearest NRC.
Obtain a token.
Complete biometric verification.
Provide photographs and/or fingerprints of the child (if required).
Get attestation from spouse, guardian, or a gazetted officer.
Submit the fee.
The CRC will be printed and given after the processing period.
2. Pak ID Mobile App:
Parents can also apply through the Pak ID Mobile App available on Android & iOS.
B-Form Fee
Normal category: Rs50, processed in 7 days.
Executive category: Rs500, processed in 1 day.
Applying for a B-Form is mandatory, and timely registration ensures legal recognition of all children in Pakistan.
