Sindh Police Intensifies Operation “Nijat Meharaan” as Notorious Dacoits Surrender in Ghotki Kacha Region

The Sindh Police has achieved another significant success in its ongoing crackdown against criminal networks operating in the riverine Kacha region. The operation, named “Operation Nijat Meharaan,” is progressing successfully in the Ronti Kacha area along the Sindh-Punjab border.

In a major development, notorious Ghotki-based dacoits Rahib Shar and Zahoor Shar, along with their accomplices, voluntarily surrendered to law enforcement authorities. This marks an important milestone in “Operation Nijat Meharaan,” as several high-profile wanted suspects have laid down their weapons.

Police officials confirmed that those who surrendered include Mulli Shar, Nadir Shar, Sindhu Sheikh, and Moriyo Shar. The suspects were wanted in multiple serious criminal cases and had long been on the radar of security agencies.

Authorities have announced that the operation will continue without interruption until all criminal elements in the Kacha belt are eliminated. The Sindh Police reaffirmed its commitment, stating that efforts will persist until the region is completely cleared of crime and restored to peace.
