Railway Department Decides to Resume Bolan Mail Service to Karachi After Two Weeks
Quetta: The Railway Department has decided to restart the Bolan Mail service to Karachi after a two-week hiatus. The decision comes as part of efforts to restore regular services following recent disruptions.
Due to a decrease in passenger numbers, the train scheduled for tomorrow has been canceled, as confirmed by railway officials. “Passenger demand has been significantly low, and therefore, we have had to cancel the train’s departure,” a railway spokesperson said.
In another development, the Railway Department has announced that this year, there will be no special Eid trains. “Due to the ongoing fuel crisis, we are unable to operate special Eid trains,” added the officials. This marks a significant deviation from previous years, where the Eid special trains were a common feature during the festive season.
