Field Marshal Asim Munir, Services Chiefs Extend Eid Greetings to Nation

Pakistan’s top military leadership has extended heartfelt Eid ul Fitr greetings to the nation, expressing wishes for peace, unity, and prosperity.

Chief of Army Staff (COAS) and Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) Field Marshal Asim Munir, along with Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf and Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, conveyed their greetings on behalf of the Armed Forces of Pakistan.

In their message, the military leadership highlighted that Eid reflects the values of unity, compassion, and gratitude. They said that for the armed forces, the true spirit of Eid lies in the honor of serving and defending the country, even while being away from their families, to ensure peace and security.

The Armed Forces also paid tribute to the courage and sacrifices of soldiers who continue to safeguard Pakistan. They acknowledged the strong and unwavering support of the families of these personnel.

The message concluded with prayers that this Eid brings peace, prosperity, and blessings to Pakistan and the entire Muslim Ummah.
