Official Clarifies Rumors About Hajj Arrangements
An important clarification has been provided on the rumors spreading regarding the Hajj in Saudi Arabia.
Pakistani Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Ahmed Farooq has said that there has been no change in the Hajj schedule and all arrangements will be completed as per the previously scheduled arrangements.
According to the ambassador, the Saudi government is carrying out Hajj affairs in an organized and timely manner, and pilgrims from all over the world will be provided with the best facilities.
He said that the public should not believe unverified news circulating on social media and should only trust information obtained from authentic sources, adding that false news regarding Hajj could create concern among the public.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs denied reports of the cancellation of Hajj flights this year and said the schedule will be released after Eid-ul-Fitr.
The spokesperson for the Ministry of Religious Affairs, while issuing an important statement regarding Hajj 2026, said that despite the current global situation, there has been no disruption to Hajj arrangements, and all preparations are being completed expeditiously according to the scheduled schedule.
The spokesperson said that the process of issuing visas for Hajj pilgrims is proceeding at full speed so that the pilgrims can be provided with travel documents on time.
In addition, arrangements for accommodation, transport and other necessary facilities for pilgrims in the Saudi Arabian cities of Mecca and Medina are being finalized.
