Rawalpindi Metro Bus operating hours changed – Check timing

RAWALPINDI: The Rawalpindi Metro Bus Service has shortened its operating hours as part of the government’s energy conservation program. Night services have been reduced by one hour.

Under the new schedule, the service will close at 9:00 pm, though metro stations will stay open until 9:40 pm. The last buses will leave from both Rawalpindi and Islamabad at 9:00 pm.

Officials said the change is part of wider energy-saving measures to reduce fuel use. While other countries face fuel shortages and long lines at petrol stations, Pakistan’s fuel supply is currently under control.

The government has asked people to cooperate with these energy conservation steps and use resources efficiently.
