NADRA Offices in Islamabad Closed on April 9-10, 2026

All offices of the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) in Islamabad will remain closed on April 9 and 10, 2026. The closure follows the declaration of local holidays by the Islamabad deputy commissioner in light of important US-Iran talks scheduled in Pakistan’s capital.

NADRA clarified that its 24/7 mega centers will not operate from 8:00 am on Thursday until 8:00 am on Saturday. The closure is expected to extend to the NADRA office in Rawalpindi, which will also observe holidays on April 9 and 10.

Despite the office shutdown, NADRA emphasized that citizens can continue accessing services via the Pak ID mobile application. The authority urged users to make use of the digital platform for all essential services during the two-day closure.

This temporary suspension of services is part of official measures accommodating security and administrative arrangements for the high-profile diplomatic meetings.
