Pakistan Embassy in Oman Announces New Passport Collection Timings Effective from May 2026
The Embassy of Pakistan in Muscat, Oman has officially updated its passport collection schedule through a public notice shared on social media. The revised timings will come into effect from 1 May 2026 and are aimed at improving and streamlining consular services for the Pakistani community living in Oman.
According to the updated schedule, passport collection services will now operate in clearly defined time slots. From Sunday to Thursday, applicants can collect their passports during two sessions: an afternoon slot from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and a late afternoon slot from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. On Fridays, the collection counter will be open in the morning from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
The embassy has advised all citizens to strictly follow the new timings to ensure a smooth and efficient process. It also emphasized that applicants must bring their token and old passport when collecting their new travel document.
This update applies only to passport delivery services and is part of broader efforts by the mission to manage increasing consular traffic more effectively and improve service delivery for applicants.
