Security Forces Eliminate 48 Khawarij in North Waziristan: ISPR

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has announced that security forces conducted successful operations against terrorists in North Waziristan, resulting in the deaths of 21 militants within a 72-hour period.

According to the military’s media wing, those killed included four important terrorist commanders, identified as Khalid Raza alias Salar, Maftoon, Musa, and Imran alias Ayan.

ISPR stated that a total of 48 terrorists, referred to as “Khawarij,” have been eliminated during the broader operations. Many of the slain militants were reportedly wanted in connection with multiple terrorist incidents.

Security forces also recovered weapons and ammunition from the killed terrorists during the operations.

ISPR confirmed that clearance operations are continuing in North Waziristan, with assurances that military action will persist until terrorism is completely eradicated from the region. The operations are being carried out under the ongoing counter-terrorism campaign “Azm-e-Istehkam.”
