Mohsin Naqvi to visit Iran today for key meetings

ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi will depart for Iran on an important official visit today, where he is expected to hold meetings with senior Iranian government officials in Tehran.

According to sources, the discussions will focus on Pakistan-Iran bilateral relations, the regional situation, and matters of mutual interest. Progress in the ongoing Iran-US negotiations is also expected to be a key point of discussion.

Sources added that Mohsin Naqvi has previously visited Tehran multiple times in connection with Pakistan’s efforts to reduce regional tensions and promote diplomatic engagement.
