Security Crisis Deepens in Afghanistan as Anti-Taliban Attacks Increase

The security situation in Afghanistan is becoming more serious as anti-Taliban resistance groups increase their armed activities.

The anti-Taliban group Afghanistan Freedom Front has claimed responsibility for an armed attack in Faizabad, the capital of Badakhshan province.

According to the Afghanistan Freedom Front, its fighters targeted a vehicle carrying Taliban members near the Department of Mines at around 9:45 am.

The group claimed that three Taliban members were killed and two others were injured in the attack.

The Afghanistan Freedom Front said none of its fighters were harmed. It added that its fighters moved to a safe location after carrying out the attack.
